Professional Wedding Photographer Consultation Make an appointment to discuss your Wedding day plans. We will ask many questions during your consultation. What is Bride and Grooms name? Contact information? When will the Wedding be held? Where will the Wedding be held? What time will the Wedding take place? How many people in the Wedding Party? What are your colors? You get the idea! A contract for services is agreed upon and signed. The initial deposit is due at this time in order to reserve the date and time. You will receive a confirmation call at least one week prior to your Wedding day. We will go over the plan/itinerary and discuss any changes to the original plan. The remaining balance for contracted services is due at this time. The before ceremony, ceremony and reception Photography that was agreed upon will be accomplished on the date and time of your Wedding day. Photographs are posted on-line. Enlargements and reprints can be ordered on-line, in person, email, snail mail or by phone. Proofs are produced and presented in an album. Your Wedding plan will cover other items to be produced and presented. For instance if an 8X10 Album is in your plan, a one on one consultation will occur with our studio staff to choose your Wedding Album and photographs that will go in that album. If a DVD is purchased the music will be picked by you at this time. Your completed album is completed within 2-3 weeks. |
