The most important aspect of this process is to reserve your Wedding date with us, well in advance. We normally begin booking Wedding photography dates one year in advance. Your first deposit won't be due until 14 days after you reserve the date with us. A booking deposit is typically 50% of our base package total.
Most couples schedule their engagement photo sessions 30 – 60 days after booking their Wedding day with us. Clothing and locations will be discussed and the hour long shoot can occur at an indoor or outdoor location of your choosing. A contract and initial intinerary will be reviewed at this time. Your engagement photos will be placed in a secure, password protected Wedding photo gallery for you to view and share. You will receive a disc with an edited selection of images within 14 days. You will have full permission use of these images.
An itinerary and contract will be delivered to you, so that we may start the initial planning of events that will occur on your Wedding day. This is our main guide and gives structure to your very busy day. We are aware that changes occur right up to the day of your Wedding, but our constant communication with you throughout this process allows flexibility and guarantees an organized Wedding day.
A final deposit payment is due 30 days prior to your wedding day. Final itinerary and a signed contract must by in our hands at this same time.
You will be contacted within 2-5 days prior to your Wedding day and the itinerary and contract will be reviewed for any last minute changes. Ceremony and reception locations and times are also reviewed at this time.
We will see you there. We know what you expect because we have prepared for this day together through face to face meetings, telephone or email consultations and our itinerary and contract agreement are our guides.
A beautifully edited selection of your images will be available for viewing on your personal Wedding photo gallery approximately within 14 days after your wedding. Your complete set of images on DVD will also be mailed to you within 30 days after your wedding.
You may begin designing your album (if applicable with your plan) as soon as your images are posted. The process begins with you selecting the images and design style that you'd like to feature in your album. You should expect the process to take approximately one month from the time the images are chosen to the day you receive your completed album. Our basic plan calls for a 4X6 Proof Album. We photograph a limited number of Weddings so we can give each couple our complete and necessary attention for an outstanding Wedding Album as a final product. |
